= Low Quality | = Medium Quality | = High Quality | How do I watch these? |
Oh no, no no no, just, NO.
Ooooo—Rob Zombie!
Hah! Elvira is in it.
The four best things about this movie are the Transylvanian wildlife, baby Spot, and Elvira (even if she wasn’t dressed as Elvira). Herman’s character was fairly close. Grandpa was so-so. Lily lacked the subtly and poise her character calls for. It wasn’t horrible, but not great either.
It’s not even out yet…
Prism: You’re right that the official release date is the 27th. But it’s out there.
Then how did I watch it?
I wasn’t trying to be rude, the release date says Sept 27th.
Sometimes the dates aren’t quite right. Or maybe they get posted earlier. Didn’t think you were being rude. Officially it wasn’t out, but it was out. :)
let’s just all agree- the truth is out there!
Wrong movie
yea its out. couldnt get thru it.
MixueW It’s definitely a one-time watch.
Thanks. Ill give it a go again, as grew up loving the munsters! Aloha!
MixueW I loved watching reruns of “The Munsters”, “The Addams Family”, and Elvira. So I went into the movie with very low expectations. Herman was portrayed decently well, but Lily. . . Rob Zombie needs to stop casting his wife in roles she can’t play. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever seen, but I doubt I’ll watch it a second time.
Im still not sure why, but its been available to watch since about the 20th of September
Rob should stick to real horror flicks. At least there his wife’s lack of acting skills doesn’t show as much.
Agreed. This was a failure
Overall this is a “meh”.
I could see what he was going for and some of it was really good and some was really good in a campy 60’s way but mostly it just felt like a small town theater production with a big budget and bad direction.
1 extra star for the actor playing “Herman”. good job
that was pretty lame :/
