Another cheese-laden offering from The Asylum. All I wanna say is, how come in nearly every one of todayβs movies and shows, smartphones are involved in some crucial way in the plot, moving the action along? People are ALWAYS yakking on the damn thingsβ-except when the melodrama calls for the phones to suddenly, uselessly be βout of signal rangeβ OR suffer from βmy-battery-is-too-lowβ disease? Itβs such a tiresome trope.
