Glorious Dead is an amazingly daring project. The movie is much more than a narrative storytelling. It assumes the dimension of a Magnum Opus by the sheer audacity of its drama. The magical element of this movie unbelievably created by filming with not a conventional camera, but the very Ubiquitous iphone, and in this case an iphone 8plus. The phone is the surprise element of the entire filmmaking craft ably aided by professional quality Filmic Pro App and few Ztylus lenses. The phone gives such versatility and reach to the Director which otherwise isn’t possible with conventional cameras. The phone becomes somewhat invisible by virtue of its size and it captures dimension that open up a plethora of opportunities for the director. The inbuilt memory (in this case 256 GB) and good battery made this magical cinema possible.
