Far to easy to miss films, good films that pass through here while garbage sits at the top of the page. It really needs to be addressed. After a re-watch I have gotten so much more out of this film and it is something that everyone needs to see.
Not with that way of thinking for sure. If your view of the world and hope for the future is based of watch you watch in a movie, who’s main reason of existing is entertainment, then we should all just sit back and wait for the inevitable snap.
I’m saying it takes action and effort, not just absorbing 24 hour news programs, which we all know only report on negative things anyway. I know the type of people i socilized with as a teen and the types of values I’ve instilled in my son. That’s where the hope for the future lies obvs, not in the wrongs committed today but in the lessons our future leaders have learned from them. I will admit we’re at a tipping point cause of the last four years but I like to think it will serve as a wake up call to that will force the “bad apples” into the open.
MMm,mmm, powerful flick. This one flew under the radar. I appreciate the fact that it didn’t spend part of its run time taking us through the viciousness of police brutality we all know that happens, and instead got right into to the film. The fact this kind of film making is still relevant in this way in 2021 is troubling but what can you say, IT IS WHAT IT IS. Sidenote: I don’t recall seeing a Netflix tag on this one, so why would it not get a feature spot?
it didn’t get a theatrical release. it is VOD.(video on demand) Wish that could be change also, it’s far too easy to miss good movies that fly past the home page.
nice realistic movie abit slow though
Such a good film. I usually don’t care for drama movies but a friend recommended it. I didn’t know anything about it before watching it except what I saw in the synopsis and that my friend said it was good. I enjoyed the way the movie brought together perspectives that I hadn’t thought of about the subject matter and it had a lot of intense moments. Is it something I would re-watch? Definitely. Enjoy!
No movie has ever been done so well when it comes to this subject. I hope it starts the conversation this nation needs to have in order to heal.
Great Film,I Touches On The Interactions Between The Police And Black People During A Traffic Stop. The Movie Shows The Perspective Of The Police And Black People. Very Emotional.
