International Incidents chronicles the collective history of Columbus’ three original professional hockey teams: the Checkers, Golden Seals and Owls. The squads played in the International Hockey league between 1966 and 1977. This thorough film explores each club’s history through still images, archival game footage, motion graphics, player interviews and narration. In addition to discussing the Columbus teams, the movie also serves as a wonderful glimpse into a bygone era of minor pro hockey. |
