Haunt was far better than expected and, in my opinion, much more enjoyable than the recent Escape Room movies. It’s a Halloween Haunted House off the beaten track, a bunch of college kids and a ton of uncomfortable bloodshed. It’s not going to win awards, but it is a nice little Halloween horror that fans of the genre might enjoy.
Eli Roth is credited as one of the movies producers.

Superior “Shudder” movie for Halloween. It’s what the Escape Room franchise aspired to be, but failed, in comparison . Recommended!!!
Hey Livy, 17MM is not that low of a budget, especially when you have Eli Roth directing. Just sayin. :) Whenever you have real people working a haunted house it’s always scarier. This movie gets your attention and has the right about everything to the very end. Thoroughly enjoyed this one. 4/5
I thought it was fairly dumb and I kept falling asleep. I hate masks and clowns, they creep me out. Kinda freaky flick. I must have been seriously tired.
