Unquestionably one of the greatest films of all time, and stands the test of time. Paul Scofield’s rendition of the great English humanist, Sir Thomas More, a man who refuses to surrender his conscience to the dictates of king and countrymen, is one of the greatest lead dramatic performances ever in cinematic history. I highly recommend “A Man for All Seasons” to anyone who enjoys historical dramas.
