Racism is a shadow lingering in the depths of our society. It affects everyone but is seldom understood. How do you fight a shadow … an enemy without a face? This is where “Handling the A.M.” begins. It is the first step to liberating the ‘Asian-American Man’ from the grasp of this shadow. Utilizing the manipulative techniques of infomercials, “Handling the A.M.” reveals the Absurdity and Falsity of the Asian American male stereotypes seething in the underbelly of our society. We give it a face and we give our viewers an opportunity to make a choice in the battle against racism. |
