When a new invention is stolen from Thomas Edison’s lab, sinister company boss Richard Gellert will do anything to get it back. Mistaking him for a police marksman, Gellert sends Doyle P. Feldman after the misfit criminals with orders to destroy the invention. Little does Gellert know that Doyle is only an amateur sniper who refuses to kill people. Along with best pal Harold, Doyle is swept up into a wacky adventure that has them chase the thieves all the way to California. Doyle and Harold are captured however, and forced to return to New York to kill Gellert or be killed themselves. Doyle’s moral code will be put to the test as he and Harold try to find a way to survive.
