A noted author struggling with a bad case of writer’s block tries to jump start his passion for writing by venturing down to the local library for inspiration. But while he is there, his lack of focus and concentration only worsens when he becomes distracted by a woman’s intense beauty. Little by little, over the next several days, our unlikely hero musters up the nerve to speak to her. Finally, he catches her attention. He becomes concerned that, in his initial overtures he may have come on too strongly. Thus, he spends an evening reflecting and crafting the ‘perfect’ conversation, should he see her again. When he sees her the following day in the library, his ‘perfect’ conversation ends up anything but perfect.
