Fascinating film on a subject that on the face of it would seem quite dry. Very moving indeed and uplifting.

Excellent film. Such a beautiful movie in my favourite genre, Biography. Sean Penn is remarkable. The whole cast is fantastic, but he gives an especially amazing performance. Watching him -and Mel- in this, allows you to see the difference between good acting and great acting. Thank you so much, uploaders.

What an interesting movie that moves the mind to think of it’s intricacies. Two men coming together at the perfect time that couldn’t be more different. Yet the same, because of their love of words. Again, very interesting movie. 8/10
I put off watching this but am really glad I changed my mind. Mel Gibson and Sean Penn did a fantastic job. Its a movie of forgiveness, love and redemption based on a true story. 5/5
