Emma lives in a world of locked doors and closed curtains. Forever changed since being assaulted in high school, it is several years later when Emma is further shaken when she wakes up the morning after being attacked again. Suffering the memory of what occurred, she tries to fulfill her days work as a delivery person when her car breaks down and she’s left stranded out of town. To her aid comes passer by Bryan, a mechanic still haunted by being the first one who ever attacked her. Neither one recognizes the other at first but as Emma’s emotions from the previous night’s attacks become clear the stories of their past are revealed and they suddenly realize who the other is. |
