It is 1948, a famous actress Joan Desmond and detective Chandler Harrison are suspiciously killed. A mysterious box is stolen from a wealthy Austrian Archaeologist Uli Erlkoening, and he hires the detective’s wife Jane Harrison to find it under the guise that the mysterious box had something to do with her husband’s death. Jane investigates Uli’s story and uncovers the shadowy origin of betrayal linked with the box and the truth about the famous actress and her husband’s death.
