The Neighborhood Watch is a short film about the personality change of the main character, Elijah. Elijah meets the energetic Sam at a house block party with his father. Sam tells him of this training ground he has for the Neighborhood Watch, a group he has created to protect their neighborhood. Elijah seems uninterested at first until he sees it in person the next morning with Sam and Lucy. Lucy is a young girl who has a crush on Sam and is not pleased he invited him to the Neighborhood Watch. Elijah and Sam are met with a crisis after Lucy goes missing. Elijah follows Lucy and overcomes this challenge by himself to save Lucy.
