Rose finding her husband cheating on her with his secretary. Without anywhere or anyone to turn to, Rose decides take her two sons, Franky and Sonny, and move back to Texas to be with her family, whom she has not seen in 10 years. Despite her fears of a potential culture shock for her children and having to “face the music,” Rose is convinced by her childhood best friend — Johnnie Rod, a gay designer — to come home and be with the people she found herself running from for the past decade. |
