The stories in the film take place in a world where the memories of the people are erased periodically and replaced with the new memories. Adjustments are made on the details of the new memories so that everybody remembers themselves as if they have always been living as that character for their entire life. Seintn’s memories can not be entirely deleted therefore he suffers from multiple personality syndrome and he has no other way but to live with the bits and pieces of the memories of other people. He lives in oblivion to his condition. He is unaware of the fact that he is a serious threat to the order in the society. The investigators are after him for the “crimes” he has committed. They suspect that he is a delirious serial killer who is responsible for numerous crimes and murders. After an adventurous day he meets Pweg who looks like a mess and seems in need of help and invites him to his flat. He offers him his old clothes to wear and tells him that he can rest there. Pweg changes his outfit. After talking for a while he passes out. When he wakes up, he finds himself being questioned by the police. They do not find his answers satisfactory. The detectives give him some time and leave him with a stake of papers for him to write everything he knows. Pweg faces being punished for the crimes that Seintn is suspected for so he comes up with a story.
