After the untimely death of their father in a car accident on the way to one of his race meets, Raf, a former champion cyclist, is left responsible for his thrill-seeking younger brother Zach. A decade later, Raf’s dream of professional cycling is long past, but his sense of responsibility is as strong as ever and he’s worried about his brother’s increasing involvement with a crew of bike messenger bank robbers whose members include Zach, the runner, and two Brits: Paul, muscle, and Skully, brains. Zach’s reckless and unorthodox behavior brings Paul to Raf’s door one evening, and as a result Raf finds himself dragged into the crew’s activities. The deal is sealed after Raf becomes tagged by Interpol, when, on the promise of ‘one last job,’ Raf meets with their cousin Davis to fence the crew’s stash from their most recent heist - only to learn that the Davis cannot pay because he himself is being investigated. Broke and on the run from the law, they hatch a plan to drop under the radar by retuning to London as messengers. Raf visits Hillary, a moneyed old flame, whose heart was broken when Raf, after being forced to take care of his trouble making brother, found it impossible to commit. Meanwhile the crew hits the streets and it isn’t long before Paul stumbles across an irresistible ‘last job’ in the form of the White Albatross - the world’s largest diamond - held in an impenetrable vault in Paris.
