For many years Eddie made knives in the shops of other knifemakers and knife companies. Now he has his own business named Shadow Knives to reflect all the years he spent in the shadows of other knifemakers. Watch as Eddie lays out the design of a custom knife and carries it through the grinding and heat treating process to the final stages of finishing the blade and attaching the handle material. Eddie also has many stories to tell of people he’s worked with and the things that have happened along the way in his career as a knifemaker. |
