A take on the Greek myth of Orpheus and the river Styx, a man seeks to find and save a woman from the afterlife, while on some scale dealing with retribution, judgement, and closure on his journey back out. Filmed entirely at Northwestern University in Chicago with a grant of $3000, an on-set crew of 30, an orchestra of 25, and a post-crew of 3. CADENCE is composed of over 300 shots, 700 cuts, and 35 vfx shots - and was shot, edited, and finished within a five week period. |
