This film is about a teenage boy from a broken home with a difficult school life as he is relentlessly bullied day after day. He has recently lost his father and his mother is never around, having to work two jobs while trying to keep up with the mortgage payments. Feeling lost and angry at the world, Ryan shuts her out and torments his little brother, Mitchell, as Kyle, his bully, pushes him closer and closer to the edge. Ryan grows ever more violent and disturbed, becoming obsessed with ending Kyle’s life and his own. Only when he realizes the effect his choices are having on his brother is able to stop his downward spiral into darkness and despair. |
