Ian Swinton, a native from Scotland, lives almost a double life as a full-time carpenter, and as one of the most prestigious bagpipe competition organizers in the United States. With the upcoming spring season for competitions coming up fast, issues and complications arise both in Ian’s personal life and professional bagpipe career. Despite the setback, Ian manages to host one of the best performances of a lifetime, all succeeded by his steadfast and dedicated approach. |
