A story about one morning in the life of the protagonist. That morning she and her dearly beloved boyfriend had a fight, which was a continuation of the previous evening’s quarrel (because of which he even had to spend night on the sofa in the living room). During their argument when she’s drowned in tears, he’s ready to make up and stay home next to her (even if he could be fired for that). She is too proud to ‘accept this favor’ and she pushes him to go to work. He is a firefighter and that is Sept 11 |
