Just pure fun. I am not sure if anyone outside of Australia is familiar with this movie, or the TV series, but it is a send up of the Housing Commission Houses, and those who live there, and all the shenanigans the people get up to. Sure, the “acting” is just people swearing and getting up to nonsense, but its a fun, and even relatable escape from reality
