This three-minute western follows a cowboy on the run. As he evades his captors and departs into the vast desert, he finds himself pitted against the summer sun, and ends up departed. It is a metaphor for life, that we are always on the run, always being chased by someone or something. We need to drop our baggage and just keep moving until we get where we are going. This is a story about a man alone in the world. Likewise, this brief experimental piece features not only one character alone in the world, but also a cast and crew of one. The actor also fulfills all of the crew roles except that of the composer. Silent film with original score. Music video-ish.
