Sub 30 is a short documentary about one ultra marathon runner’s quest to conquer the longest and toughest race in Australia - the 240km Coast 2 Kosci. A race that stretches across the east coast of Australia, from the beach to the highest mountain on the continent, it is an uphill battle where only the strongest finish. This story focuses on the why and the how. Why do people look to push themselves to breaking point - and more importantly HOW are they able to do what most people cannot? Through the pain, the misery, and the constant uphill slog to the top of Australia, Sub 30 shows us the importance of finding our own challenges, and that anything is possible. |
