Rodrigo, a pirate and swordsman, invades the wedding of the noble Dom Juliano to save the bride (his former sweetheart) from a forced marriage. Rodrigo almost kills Dom Juliano but the Bride appears and claims she doesn’t want to be saved. She does love Dom Juliano and wants Rodrigo out of her wedding. A fight of words and swords ensues while the two discuss their past relationship and their very different views of it. |
