A police woman who has just been welcomed into the force is faced with a choice. Bullied by one of her peers, she is driven to drink and smoke marijuana. Lost in downtown London, she comes upon some unlikely company at the Occupy London site. She stays there to sleep off the effects but when she leaves, she is discovered by her fellow officers. In order to get herself out of their criticism, she turns in the woman who put her up by stashing marijuana in her tent. When the arrest is attempted, there is a struggle and Penny must question what she morally believes in.
