Paso Doble doesn’t have much going for him. He tries to connect with his nephew but gets the big blow off. His apartment complex doesn’t allow dogs so the closest he can get to having one is walking a neighbor’s (which the neighbor wouldn’t stand for if he knew Paso was doing it). Paso winds up in arguments at his local fast food drive-through over the “exorbitant prices” of items on the menu. He attends a seminar he hopes will change his life, but the man running the seminar ropes Paso into distributing fliers for an upcoming seminar. What does a man do when nothing is going his way? He retreats into the past. |
