When the tentacle monsters came, they burned our world. Then they stalked the ashes eating up the last dregs of humankind. Which meant Sally was having a bad day, because she couldn’t find any new shoes. A chance meeting with a disposable robot droid leads to danger, excitement, travel, disappointment, confusion, and tentacle monster romance. Will Sally get her day in a shoe shop?
