Set around the bread-hat wearing, pine cone painting, sap cake eating “Saint Rumpus Day” celebrations, a young farm boy named Arto has difficulty getting into the festive spirit. With his mother now deceased, Arto’s grieving process has brought him to the point where he believes his mother has become a horse. Based on the folklore he was told as a kid, he must come to terms with the fact that in order to see her again, he must also join the horses. |
