Years after the end of Iran-Iraq war, Jiyar Gol goes to Iran to look at the human cost of the conflict. He wants to see the effects of war through the eyes of its survivors. But he was arrested. Once back in Canada, he realized the story he was looking for in Iran, it was just a few blocks away from where he was living. A Tale of Two Soldiers is the story of two ordinary men, both POW. They forced to fight in a war beyond their control. They meet on the battlefield, where one man saved another (his enemy). Fate brings them together again 20 years later in Vancouver Canada, where the Savior who has fallen, becomes the saved.
