A young girl, isolated by her mothers long term illness and challenged by her own youthful desires to live her own life must face the quickly determined demise of her mother. And also to face the world alone without anyone she loves left. The world tells her she is to conform to the realities of love and social health care, yet she questions why she must wait for the time to come. She sits stranded as her mother’s pain grows and her own loneliness craves freedom, even if it is to be alone, at least she knows her mother is at rest. With one decision, she puts herself and her mother at peace, regardless of the law, love has first priority for her. |
