Beautiful perfection about something as simple as rice and fish. It’s very interesting to see Jiro talk about his work or in a sense, his art. Japanese pride and way of life indeed. It’s a truly amazing and very interesting documentary to watch indeed. But also great life lessons too and it makes you think about life in whole and choices when it comes to work, family and what one is passionate about. Something to watch for anyone who have some kind of interest in food or Japanese culture.
