This is a story of man in his mid fifties, who gets fired and and goes into seclusion, retiring from all social contacts. He blames everyone else for his misery but himself and becomes a frustrated and angry man who goes out at night only to avoid any contact. He starts to love his life at night and sleeps during the day, slowly deteriorating, but still hoping for a wonder. Until out of the blue, a woman calls from a headhunting company and offers her help in finding him a job. But that proves to be extremely difficult, until their relationship comes to an unexpected ending.
