Dolores and her daughter Miranda live on Cuban plantations, which regularly take down the humiliation of the head of the family - an alcoholic Lucio and his wicked old woman-mother. After the death of Lucio both get a chance to get away from the hated home and decides to shelter their farmer Inocencio - the brother of the deceased.
