Having recovered from his decapitation at the hands of the mystical ninja, Hu Flung Pu, Bill the Turkish Magician From Ohio sees revenge by building up an army of GOON clones. He kidnaps the famed geneticist, Dr. Yoshi Jones, and puts her to work, not only to clone GOONs, but also to try and create a NINJA of his own to control. H.O.U.N.D.D.O.G., a clandestine, covert, co-op, super-secret organization sends in their best agent, Steel Worm, but what happens when he crosses paths with Hu Flung Pu, already on his way to stop the nefarious plans of Bill? |
