‘Dear Friend’ portrays the story of a young adult struggling to physically convey his emotions to a love interest. In this 6 minute short, he attempts to explain his past feelings to a girl he has already left behind. As he writes, he reminisces upon his past experiences with this girl. Ultimately, he fails to express his feelings through the letter. We learn that unspoken feelings lead to loss, as it is revealed that the girl also struggled to convey her true feelings. |
