I checked four of the links and they are not the Film “Tigers Are Not Afraid” it is 123 Mins of the Directors commentary which is very interesting but not the film.
Best to see the film before seeing the commentary.
The film has an impact and is very believable, it is filmed in the alleys, streets and roof tops of Mexico City, with competent child actors, although there is a good deal of ad lib acting according to the director who let the kids run with it at times.
The first time I watched the film I was blown away by the realism as I am somewhat familiar with Mexico having traveled to Mexico City (I have done a lot of walking in the city), I currently live near the border.
It’s a good thing to see the world from someone else’s perspective especially when that perspective is intelligent and honest.
There isn’t a lot of honesty in the films made here in the US, most are ridiculous fantasy, every thing is over the top from people flying through the air to the violence portrayed where being shot with a gun leaves the actor with no duty to portray the pain involved in a bullet wound.
Perhaps we will wake up tomorrow and things will have changed, I doubt it, it’s just to entertaining to be stupid.
There does not seem to be links to the film on this site only the Directors Commentary.
Another good Mexican Film is Roma https://www.primewire.li/movie/266666-watch-roma
