Have to question some of casting choices but lost tape storylines is a fav of mine so well try to enjoy this.
I thought the casting was spot on and totally on point - what bothered you about the cast?
If I had any gripe, and this is pulling at straws, one of the scenes in the corner bodega circa 1994 showed modern packaging for Mac and Cheese, and McCormick seasoning.
Otherwise, even the Mt. Dew can in the Jess interview scene was the 90’s era design - you can tell that they went all out to be authentic.
Mamoudou Athie, Dina Shihabi,Evan Jonigkeit, Ariana Neal, and Martin Donovan are all brilliant actors and played the hell out of these roles. Not to mention the rest of the cast.
