Sadly I think much of the mainstream viewers seem to process things literally and concretely thus abstracts like absurdist humor or black comedies for example go over their heads. I’ve watched a few episodes and it definitely has it’s moments.
You’re absolutely correct. Most of the folks downvoting this show simply cannot mentally compute ironic, hyperbolic, droll, satirical, or self-deprecating humor.
