I think the books are always better than the movies, in most cases.
I read all three books by VC Andrews, Flowers in the attic, pedals on
the Wind and If there be thorns. Then I watched the movies and I was
disappointed, although the movies were okay, just not as good as the books.
I agree. (don’t know why someone downvoted your comment} Some movies pull it off pretty good, like Lonesome Dove, excellent movie, then I read the book. I kept hearing Duvall’s voice, made the excellent read, even better. lol
