IT looks like this is going to be a remake of “Death and the Maiden” where probably one of the finest pieces of acting by Sigourney Weaver ever happened, im gonna watch just to see if someone can even come close to that. Ive seem Datm like 5 times !
I still can’t forgive the Academy for snubbing Weaver like they did with Death and the Maiden. They wanted to avoid the whole Polanski problem but she had nothing to do with it (and he, very little to do with the movie) and she deserved that Oscar every little bit as much as Glen Close deserved the Tony for the part when she played it on Broadway.
