Awesome Prequel story about Bumblebee and Transformers. Love Hailee Steinfeld’s acting. What I am not a fan of with this movie is the forced tough girl-act at times. When it is needed sure but over and over again, then for me it just makes me not believe in the universe the movie is trying to make me care about. If they would’ve left out the gender-politics which they really crammed into this movie. Then it would’ve been 5/5 stars for me. But it is really sad that with a strong lead like Hailee they felt it was a good idea to do this even though it wasn’t needed. I could totally buy that Charlie is a tough girl who is cutoff from everything because of her past etc. But when they make everyone else a walking clown then the story isn’t that believable anymore.

The movie did make me wanna watch the first Transformers movie again though ! And this movie was heartwarming, dramatic and action packed. So yeah awesome movie ! :D
