The Trojan War took place after the Iron Age had already begun, so iron weapons would have already replaced bronze ones (or were at least well on their way to doing so).
If one is being picky there were a few ‘Trojan Wars’. I saw on some history/archaeology show not too long ago, where they think they’ve found where the city of Troy stood and believe the site shows the city having been sieged, destroyed nearly utterly and rebuilt several times over the centuries. Think it may of been as many as 4 or 5 times.
