John Deere had to have a class action lawsuit against them so ranchers and farmers could have the RIGHT TO FIX their own tractors. The Justice Department took them on for the people. Also additional lawsuits for selling defective tractors to people for a decade. Yep, they sure have adapted from wagons to weasels. Corporations do not care about you and they do not deserve any loyalty.
Companies do what’s in the best interest of the company. I wouldn’t hold it against the company and the Dere name but the professional executives who run it.
