the characters feel poorly developed and im finding it hard to care about them. the dialogue feels hokey, particularly between hal and maggie and her whole ‘dont, we cant be together even though i want to due to my damaged self image’ schtick. and im not too enraptured during the combat scenes which are quite a lot of the show but maybe thats a me problem?
It was a series with a lot of potential but it took the kill the queen kill them all cop out
