its always funny,when “TV/movies like to portray culinary realities…
the best description was done way back,when Jack London described the worst! work enviroments imaginable and he found kitchens and laundries to be them.
its no surprise,these series always portray young/upcoming chefs…ever seen a series about 40-50+ chefs? no? why…maybe,because 80% quit after ten years? maybe,because the left 20% resort to drugs/mental issues?maybe,because 90% of relations fail?
better to talk about “stars” and fame….
