Naw, I don’t agree. There’s definitely people not from ‘the hood’ that do the same thing.
Have you ever lived in the hood? Just because a behavior can be found in other environments doesn’t mean that it isn’t one often found in the hood. Rock was raised in that environment and I’d be willing to bet that is where he picked up the habit. I grew up with guys that do the same thing. They hang out getting buzzed, telling stories and lies trying to get a laugh and the respect of their peers. The more buzzed they get the louder they get, talking over each other and repeating themselves often.
