The Ashfordly team are on the trail of Terry Noble, an old flame of Gina's who has gone AWOL from the army after assaulting a fellow soldier. Matters get a lot worse when the soldier dies and a desperate Terry takes a hit-and-run driver hostage. Meanwhile, Greengrass plans a French gourmet evening at the Aidensfield Arms. But thanks to David's clumsiness, the evening is a disaster. Elsewhere, Blaketon comes into some money and forges a deal with Lord Ashfordly that sees big changes occur in the village, whilst Maggie introduces the locals to her newborn baby, Sam. |
