A retired schoolteacher asks Blaketon for help when she is terrorised by her neighbour, a disgruntled farmer whom Craddock and Ventress suspect is guilty of a much more serious crime when they investigate the disappearance of his wife. Meanwhile, Greengrass gets into trouble with the council when he opens up a rubbish dump on his land. Worse still, David inadvertently deposits a hand grenade on the rubbish dump, whilst Bellamy tries to cheer a depressed Gina up by taking her on a night out with Jackie and Mike, which appears to work when she makes it a night to remember with her singing performance. |
